Decoration Tips

In almost all organizations, some place is allocated as a waiting room for the visitors to wait. Mostly a separate area is allocated for this purpose and in some organizations waiting area is arranged with the reception area. To impress the visitors this area must also be well decorated. Here are some important ideas for the people going to decorate their offices especially waiting rooms.

Place allocated for waiting room must have capacity for minimum 20 people and maximum limit will be based on the size and transactions of the organization. First of all give full consideration to the sitting arrangement. Proper and well furnished room must be there for the visitors to sit and wait. After sitting arrangement then comes decoration of the room or waiting area.

To decorate the waiting room, paint of the walls is of first priority. It should be in accordance with the reception area decoration. Next after painting the walls is wall decoration. To decorate the walls in official manners, collect some professional looking wall hangings to hang and also a clock. There must also be a soft board on which you may paste some important announcements, timing of interviews, meetings or some sort of other activities. Also hang a calendar to add professional look in the office.

Proper cupboard with special accessories must also be placed in the waiting room. Table and some corner decoration pieces are also important.
